Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're licensed and insured in both North Dakota and Minnesota. Matt has been plumbing since 2007 and has been a master plumber since 2017.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. We handle everything from changing a leaky faucet to replacing old, rotted-out cast iron, plus new construction and full remodels.
Do you install backup sump pumps?
Yes. We install battery backup and water-powered backup sump pumps, which keep your pit pumping during a power outage or if the main pump fails.
Do you work on custom homes?
Custom homes are our specialty, including whirlpool tubs, custom showers, steam showers and pot fillers.
Do you do commercial plumbing?
Yes, light commercial work: service, repairs and build-outs for shops, offices and small commercial spaces.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. Estimates are free, and you get the price upfront before any work starts.
Do you take emergency calls after hours?
Yes. We work regular business hours and take emergency calls after hours. For a burst pipe, a backed-up drain or a failed sump pump, call (701) 388-6023.
A pipe froze or burst. What should I do?
Shut off the main water valve right away (usually where the water line enters the basement), turn off the water heater if it's leaking, and call us. Don't use an open flame to thaw a pipe.
Is my sump pump ready for spring?
Pour a bucket of water into the pit before the thaw. If the pump doesn't start, or there's no backup, call us. A battery or water-powered backup keeps the basement dry when the power goes out during spring storms.
